This training provides an understanding of the need for and importance of the role unions play in our workplaces and in society, installs a feeling of pride in being a member of PSAC and taking part in its activities, shows how their rights are acquired, put in practice and protected, provides an understanding of the importance of being familiar with and putting into practice the collective agreement and how to communicate with and practice within the union structures.
Important note: The vaccine passport will be mandatory to access the training room.

Participants to the training will be selected based on the following criteria: gender expression, equity groups, components, directly chartered locals and one member per local.
