This bilingual multi-content training, offered in face-to-face, will highlight the structure of the PSAC, the obligations of locals regarding cash flow and the impact of the ABI decision on PSAC members. We will also analyze the duty of fair representation and provide an overview of the grievance as a central tool in labor relations and member mobilization.
