Show your solidarity, show your colors. There’s nothing like demonstrating to your colleagues and employer that you deserve a fair and equitable employment contract using support materials such as video background, signature block, posters or social media frame. You also have the right to wear union swag on the job. As such, two decisions by the federal Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board have confirmed that PSAC-CIU members have the right to wear items promoting the union at work.
