Teachers at Teccart Rive-Sud Institute have a new collective agreement

These negotiations focused on monetary aspects and on five specific articles of the collective agreement.

Several significant gains were made. Among other things, the hourly rates granted for mentoring, tutoring and training sessions will all be increased. In addition, the employer will grant a lump sum to the local.

On the monetary side, members get a 2.5% retro for 2020 and a 10% cumulative increase through 2023.

Let’s underline that the negotiation committee have shown exemplary commitment to bringing the negotiation process to many gains for their members. PSAC-Quebec negotiator Wesney Duclervil, who worked with the group, paid tribute to their determination.

Congratulations to the whole team and hats off to the unwavering support of the PSAC-Quebec staff.
