McGill University: Major tentative agreement for postdocs

After more than a year and a half of negotiations, the Association of McGill University Research Employees (AMURE-PSAC) bargaining team is proud to have reached a solid tentative agreement for all McGill University postdoc members.

It features major gains, including the highest minimum salaries in Quebec and Canada for this type of position.

“Thanks to the hard work of our team and the constant mobilization of our members, this is a wonderful victory for McGill postdocs, but also for the entire Canadian university community,” says Yvon Barrière, PSAC-Quebec Regional Executive Vice-President.
