Voluntary Self-Identification as an Equity Group Member

Voluntary Self-Identification as an Equity Group Member

PSAC-Quebec is looking to put together a list of members belonging to an equity group. This list will be used, among other things, to determine who can be a candidate or candidate and vote for the positions of representatives of equity groups in his region, and also to elect the person who will lead the Equity Groups for the Quebec region. It will also allow us to set up initiatives, programs and conferences for the different equity groups.

Which groups belong to equity groups?

The said self-identifying persons to the group:

– Indigenous;

– people with disabilities;

– racially visible persons;

– Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and more.

N.B. A person may be part of one or more of these groups.

Members wishing to do so will be able to indicate on the form if they wish their email address to be communicated to the various PSAC jurisdictions.
